Overture Strings & Overture Band 2018-2019 Season Registration

Overture Strings provides developing to intermediate string players the opportunity to learn more about playing their instrument while working in a string orchestra setting. Directed by Christina Crivelli, students will work on technical and ensemble skills while playing classical, traditional and contemporary music.

Overture Band provides developing to intermediate wind, brass and percussion players the opportunity to learn more about playing their instrument while working in a band setting. Directed by Jeff Knell, students will work on technical and ensemble skills while playing classical, traditional and contemporary music.

Rehearsals are held on Saturdays, from January through March, 9:00 AM – 10:00 A.M., at Chartiers Valley Intermediate School, 2030 Swallow Hill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.

Cost: $150 (tuition is non-refundable and is due at time of registration)
